Ama Dablam climb: October 31 - November 30, 2020

Ama Dablam base camp trek: October 31 - November 15, 2020

Description: Ama Dablam may be the most beautiful mountain on Earth. It's world famous Southwest ridge is a spectacular rock, snow, and ice climb that is highlight of many mountaineers climbing career. Set in the Khumbu Valley of Nepal, a trek to Ama Dablam base camp or a climb to it's summit is an excellent way to experience the incredible Nepali culture with Everest/Himalayan views. The trek to base camp is something that any reasonably fit person can do, but the climb to the summit requires climbing experience. The expedition is being lead by ECP flag member and leader of multiple Himalayan expeditions, Don Wargowsky.

Cost is $5,500 for the climb and $2,100 for base camp (add on trips to Goyko or Everest Base Camp are also available for a small fee). For more information email Don @ HimalayaDonny@gmail.com or call 412-901-6276

Adopting the motto "Research, Education, and Adventure" in 1947, for three generations the ECP has provided the opportunity to learn new skills and meet new friends who share a willingness to accept the physical and mental challenges of outdoor exploration and adventure.
