Hi Everyone,

We wanted to give you an option to "hang out" and say "hi" as we have missed all your lovely faces during this difficult time.  Feel free to come join us for a "hang out" session.  This means you can:

• hang out on your hang board or other objects in your home
• participate in some group stretches / exercises
  
• say hi with a drink / food in hand
• share your musical talents or fun songs
• just come and check it out
