  • They don't take old/empty fuel canisters, like green Coleman ones (they will remove them)
  • Only one bag is included by default with your order so if you have a lot of stuff consider getting more bags because they fill up fast.
  • They also take electronics like TVs which you normally have to pay extra for with a different service.
Polystyrene (Styrofoam): Appliance Warehouse

GAS (Propane, IsoButane) CANISTERS Λ

Coleman/Propane gas canisters are not recyclable because of the compressed gas risk.

Refill:

        • Adapter available on Amazon ($12) to refill from a larger propane tank
        • Larger tanks such as the Ignik Gas Growler available at REI (just search)

Recycle:

        • Some outdoor stores can recycle fuel canisters
        • Use a broken toothpick or nail to push on the valve to ensure the canister is completely empty first. Then, using a sledge or brick, crush the center of the canister first then crush fold the ends into the center.
