Join us on May 21st for a special workshop with pre and postnatal fitness specialist Jacqui Somen (@jacqui.somen). This workshop is designed to empower you to strengthen your inner core, relieve pain and tension, and build a foundation for doing the outdoor activities that you love.

When: Saturday, May 21st 11:00am - 12:15pm

Where: Meet at 3 Rivers Outdoor Co. 1130 S Braddock Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15218

Cost: Free!

Bring: A mat or towel

Children of all ages welcome, we will be sitting outside so you may want to bring a blanket and toys.
