Meet us at the shop for morning outdoor* yoga in the lot outside the shop or in the grass in some of our great neighborhood parklets along the edges of Frick Park. Kick off your weekend with instructors Bianca, Haley & Arjun from The Om Lounge! All abilities are welcomed. This is a FREE, drop in community class, but donations to our instructors are gladly accepted. After practice, enjoy locally roasted coffee, generously provided by our neighbors at Square One.

Practice will start at 8:30 am SHARP!

In the event of rain, we will practice inside the shop.
