Rachel Carson Trail Challenge

The 26th Annual Rachel Carson Trail Challenge takes place on the Saturday closest to the Summer Solstice. This year it's June 24th. The Challenge is a 36-mile, sunrise to sunset endurance hike or run on the Rachel Carson Trail. You may also opt for the shorter events: The Homestead Challenge (18 miles) or the Friends & Family Challenge (7 miles)
Registration opens on March 1st.

Adopting the motto "Research, Education, and Adventure" in 1947, for three generations the ECP has provided the opportunity to learn new skills and meet new friends who share a willingness to accept the physical and mental challenges of outdoor exploration and adventure.
