Hey everyone,
Once again, a number of us local runners will be hosting anyone and everyone to the Boyce-Mayview Recovery From the Holidays Fun Run, next Saturday, January 7, at Boyce Mayview park in Upper St. Clair.
People can start whenever, from the beginning point location below.
Course is around 12 miles of rolling single track, with additional side loops and extensions possible.
We will have a few groups going out at 8AM, with a number of guys(Ryan , myself and a couple others), that know the loop and so be happy to share it with all.
Course is not marked.
As for pace, we will try to accommodate all. Everyone is welcome to attend.
One loop is the norm, but many there with do multiple loops and/or different loops.
Bring whatever you feel you need, expect somewhat winter conditions, but doesn't look too bad as of now.
Change of clothes stashed in your vehicle is always a good idea!
There is a big pavilion at the start. Not 100% certain water will be on or bathrooms will be open. However, there is a recreation center close by that you'll pass to drive in that will be open.
