Boyce Park Bad Water Tour

Water! Learn about one of the essentials for life. We'll visit the natural/no chemicals Water Treatment Ponds at Boyce Park that are used to turn Bad Water into Good Water. Learn about water purification for personal use in hiking or for use as a backup plan if you are in a remote situation without services.


Closed toe shoes suitable for hiking the easy to moderate, mile and a half long hike. Dress in layers and bring rain gear if needed. Bring water or hydration, and a quick snack if needed. Pack out any trash you have - leave no trace you were in the woods!
