Meet us at the shop for a group run every Tuesday through Frick Park! All abilities are welcomed, and we run rain OR shine. Post run beers available for DONATION benefit the current nonprofit partner organization.

Each week, there will be 2-4 pace groups with a 10 minute mile group departing at 6pm and a no-drop fun run minute mile group departing at 6:20pm.




Adopting the motto "Research, Education, and Adventure" in 1947, for three generations the ECP has provided the opportunity to learn new skills and meet new friends who share a willingness to accept the physical and mental challenges of outdoor exploration and adventure.
